Is the quote completely free of charge?

Yes, it’s totally free.

Is the bathroom area complete with high-quality aqua boards (not made of plastic)?

The bathroom walls area is complete with high quality aqua boards only (not made of plastic). The floor is installed with vinyl plank or vinyl. I do not use tiles for the bathroom walls or floors.

Are all jobs under contract with a warranty?

Yes, All jobs are under contract with a warranty.

Is the payment via bank transfer only (no cash)?

Yes, I accept Payment via bank transfer only (no cash). I only charge for labour. If the project takes 7 days, there will be a fixed price. If the project takes more than 7 days, the customer will not need to pay any extra for labour.

Are all materials for the job from website suppliers in the UK?

Yes, All materials for the job are from website suppliers in the UK (all orders will be done with customers only).

Will the installation take 5 days and above?

It depends on the project. If I find any mistakes made by (a) previous installer(s) then I can discuss with the customer to fix the mistake and get a good result.

After the job is finished, will all rubbish be removed without any delays?

Yes, After the job is finished all rubbish will be removed without any delays.

Eric completed a refit of our bathroom, including shower installation, replacing toilet and basin, flooring and wall panels. His work ethic, and professionalism I would say is the best of any tradesman I have used. He is meticulous, doesn't compromise or take shortcuts and has the knowledge and experience to complete the work to the highest standard. He explains to you what he is doing and why and keeps you informed as the work progresses. I would definitely use him again and would recommend friends and family without hesitation.

Eric Cazamir was asked to my house to carry out a service of all the plumbing. During His visits I found this Gentleman to be pleasant, polite, and very knowledgeable. He gave me expert advice, and replaced the stopcock, and some taps, as well as checking the water tank in the loft to make sure it was working efficiently. Eric is very reasonable with His prices and generous with His time. Eric is a perfectionist, and will complete a job before he leaves your home. He gives you advice and information all the time he is in your home. His customer services are also excellent. I will be using this Gentleman again, and will be recommending Him to anyone who needs a good plumber.

I am unable to provide meaningful photographs because most of the rerouted pipework is under floorboards that have been replaced. I cannot fault the conscientiousness and attention to detail of Eric's work. Procedures were fully explained and discussed before work commenced. Materials were supplied at cost.

Eric from Ronin Build stepped in to make good an appalling installation by a so called specialist bathroom company. Eric had to remove a newly installed shower unit and gate that leaked from first use and remove an incredibly noisy and ineffective pump. From the moment Eric quoted for the contract we knew we were in good hands. He kept us fully informed, was respectful of our home and our needs. Eric had to remove the previous installation and carefully consulted with us to decide and install the most appropriate equipment for an elderly gentleman and the materials. Eric worked carefully and effectively making sure that the job was carried out professionally and in accordance with our requirements. He went over and above all expectations to make sure the shower suited the needs of an elderly person. Eric not only cares about his clients but is passionate about doing a great job. We would definitely recommend this company.
